Viteagreen provides personalized style consultation services, including wardrobe analysis, color analysis, and personal shopping guidance. As these are service-based offerings rather than physical products, traditional product return policies do not apply. This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and your rights as an Australian consumer.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees when you acquire our services. Our services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any disclosed purpose, and match their description. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those guarantees where the law does not allow. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, resupply, or compensation). We will work with you to resolve any valid claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Because we provide services rather than goods, there is no “return period” for physical items. For cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service fee. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the full service fee.
We do not sell physical goods for delivery. Our offerings are consultations and advisory services. Therefore there is no return shipping or reverse logistics; this section does not apply. Any costs related to attending or not attending an appointment (e.g. your travel) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The following generally do not give rise to a refund under this policy (without affecting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law):
If you believe our services did not meet a consumer guarantee, you may still have a right to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of the above.
If you wish to cancel your consultation or booking, you must give at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with adequate notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service fee. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full service fee.
If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. We will work with you to find a new time. To ensure fairness to all clients, appointments may be rescheduled up to two times; additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of your cancellation request or our agreement to provide a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. For partial package refunds, the unused portion will be calculated based on the individual session rate, minus any package discount already applied.
We are committed to providing high-quality personalized style services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your consultation, please contact us immediately so we can try to address your concerns. While we generally do not offer refunds for completed services, we may offer additional follow-up time or adjustments where appropriate.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies that prevent you from attending your appointment, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty or to arrange a refund where appropriate, regardless of the usual notice period.
